Safe custody.—Every dealer in weights and measures shall keep every standard mark to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where dealing in weights and measures is carried on, shall record in Form A the description of every standard mark so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the District Commission within ninety days of the close of each year.
