Application for registration.—Every dealer in weights and measures carrying on dealing in weights and measures shall make an application for registration to the District Commission in Form B, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every weighing instrument held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
