Application for registration.—Every person presenting a document for registration carrying on the presentation of documents for registration shall make an application for registration to the Custodian of Enemy Property in Form 7, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every plan of the land held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
