Intimation of change.—Every requisitioned property owner shall intimate to the District Registrar, in Form 4 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Registrar shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
