Safe custody.—Every valuer appointed by the court shall keep every certified copy to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the valuation of property for the court is carried on, shall record in Form D the description of every certified copy so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Madhya Pradesh within forty-five days of the close of each year.
