Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any business correspondent dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in Form B, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every security interest then held; and the Government of Andhra Pradesh shall enter the intimation in the register within fourteen days of its receipt.
