Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the business correspondent shall apply to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Government of Andhra Pradesh shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
