Surrender of certificate.—Every business correspondent who ceases to carry on the business of a business correspondent shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every licence held by him has been disposed of.
