Forms.—The forms specified in the Schedule shall be used for the purposes for which they are so specified, and where no form is specified for any purpose, an application, return or intimation which contains the particulars these rules require shall be sufficient; Form GFR 25 and Form GFR 21 shall be supplied by the Controller General of Accounts on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees, and a form so supplied shall bear the date on which it was supplied and shall be used within forty-five days of that date.
