Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any keeper of a place of public resort dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the State Government in Form VII, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every seized article then held; and the State Government shall enter the intimation in the register within sixty days of its receipt.
