Conditions of registration.—Every keeper of a place of public resort shall carry on the conduct of a place of public resort only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every licence in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such licence for inspection on request by the Sub-Inspector of Police, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
