Intimation of change.—Every owner of a wharf shall intimate to the Government of Odisha, in Form 2 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Odisha shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
