Application for registration.—Every employer under the reservation scheme carrying on the reservation of posts shall make an application for registration to the District Level Committee in Form VIII, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every register of beneficiaries held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
