Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a children's home who ceases to carry on the running of a children's home shall, within three days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Magistrate in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every inspection report held by him has been disposed of.
