Surrender of certificate.—Every food business operator who ceases to carry on the carrying on of a food business shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Designated Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every sample held by him has been disposed of.
