Surrender of certificate.—Every debenture trustee who ceases to carry on the protection of the interests of debenture holders shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Regional Director in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form INC-1 of the manner in which every statement of affairs held by him has been disposed of.
