Intimation of change.—Every debenture trustee shall intimate to the Regional Director, in Form AOC-4 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Regional Director shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
