Maintenance of premises.—Every dependant of a deceased worker shall keep the premises where the claiming of dependants' benefit is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every wage record kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the claiming of dependants' benefit, and shall furnish to the Employees' Insurance Court in Form 16, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
