Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the breeder shall apply to the Registrar of Copyrights in Form 9 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of forty thousand rupees, and the Registrar of Copyrights shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
