Application for registration.—Every lessee of trust property carrying on the holding of trust property on lease shall make an application for registration to the Deputy Charity Commissioner in Form B, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every lease of trust property held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
