Intimation of change.—Every lessee of trust property shall intimate to the Deputy Charity Commissioner, in Form D and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Deputy Charity Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
