Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the holder of a mining lease shall apply to the Controller General in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Controller General shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
