Rule 9, Madhya Pradesh Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Appeals) Rules, 2009 [S6P-YDH]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a public building shall apply to the Commission in Form IV for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
