Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a tube well who ceases to carry on the sinking of a tube well shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the River Basin Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every source of water held by him has been disposed of.
