Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a tube well shall apply to the River Basin Authority in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the River Basin Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
