Safe custody.—Every owner of a tube well shall keep every dispute to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the sinking of a tube well is carried on, shall record in Form E the description of every dispute so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the River Basin Authority within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year.
