Application for registration.—Every transferee carrying on the transfer of property shall make an application for registration to the Custodian of Enemy Property in Form 3, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every plan of the land held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
