Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any bank conducting Government business dies, his legal representative shall, within ninety days of the death, intimate the death to the Controller General of Accounts in Form GFR 12-A, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every utilisation certificate then held; and the Controller General of Accounts shall enter the intimation in the register within fourteen days of its receipt.
