Correction of entries.—The Controller General of Accounts may, on an application made in Form GFR 22 by any bank conducting Government business or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than twenty-one days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
