Surrender of certificate.—Every bank conducting Government business who ceases to carry on the conduct of Government business by a bank shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Controller General of Accounts in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form GFR 19 of the manner in which every bond held by him has been disposed of.
