Rule 20, Delhi Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Appeals) Rules, 2009 [S6P-RD9]

Validity and renewal of certificate.—A certificate of registration shall be valid for a period of three years from the date of its issue and may be renewed for a like period on an application made in Form B not less than thirty days before its expiry, accompanied by a fee of three thousand rupees; and the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal shall record the renewal on the certificate and return it to the manufacturer within forty-five days of the renewal.
