Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of a place of public resort who ceases to carry on the conduct of a place of public resort shall, within ten days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Magistrate in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every cartridge held by him has been disposed of.
