Fees.—The fee of one thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of fifty rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the District Magistrate by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form II; and the District Magistrate shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within fourteen days of its receipt.
