Intimation of change.—Every owner of a private service vehicle shall intimate to the Transport Commissioner, in Form 20 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Transport Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
