Correction of entries.—The State Election Commission may, on an application made in Form 8 by any publisher of a report of proceedings of the Legislature or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than fourteen days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
