Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the occupier shall apply to the Environmental Appellate Authority in Form III for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Environmental Appellate Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
