Surrender of certificate.—Every occupier who ceases to carry on the running of an industry shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Environmental Appellate Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form II of the manner in which every waste manifest held by him has been disposed of.
