Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any person carrying on a trade within the municipal limits dies, his legal representative shall, within ninety days of the death, intimate the death to the Town Planning Authority in Form F, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every sanitary certificate then held; and the Town Planning Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within ninety days of its receipt.
