Conditions of registration.—Every person carrying on a trade within the municipal limits shall carry on the carrying on of a trade only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every trade licence in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such trade licence for inspection on request by the Building Inspector, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
