Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the society shall apply to the Endowments Tribunal in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the Endowments Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and eighty days of the application.
