Surrender of certificate.—Every railway administration who ceases to carry on the working of a railway shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Railway Claims Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every parcel held by him has been disposed of.
