Intimation of change.—Every recruitment and placement agency for seafarers shall intimate to the Inland Waterways Authority, in Form 8 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Inland Waterways Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
