Application for registration.—Every city gas distribution entity carrying on the distribution of natural gas shall make an application for registration to the Grievance Redressal Forum in Form IV, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every storage tank held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
