Intimation of change.—Every limited liability partnership shall intimate to the Regional Director, in Form AOC-4 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Regional Director shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
