Surrender of certificate.—Every limited liability partnership who ceases to carry on the business of a limited liability partnership shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Regional Director in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form INC-1 of the manner in which every statement of affairs held by him has been disposed of.
