Correction of entries.—The Recovery Officer may, on an application made in Form 13 by any central recordkeeping agency or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than ninety days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
