Report to the Government.—The Recovery Officer shall prepare, within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of central recordkeeping agencies whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of Goa and publish it within fifteen days of its preparation.
