Intimation of change.—Every operator of a ferry shall intimate to the Tribunal, in Form D and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
