Application for registration.—Every operator of a critical facility carrying on the operation of a critical facility shall make an application for registration to the State Authority in Form B, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every evacuation plan held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
