Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a critical facility who ceases to carry on the operation of a critical facility shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every stock held by him has been disposed of.
